Vacature Catering Director

You are responsible for a large group of catering professionals and it is up to you to motivate and inspire them every day. Not only do you get extra energy from managing your team, you are also constantly pushing the financial buttons, because after all, you have the leading role in this. So are you creative and driven and do you have a great sense of responsibility to work with large budgets and KPIs? Are you able to manage an entire Operational MT team? Then this role as F&B Operations Manager is the new challenge that you will sink your teeth into!

As a Catering Director you directly manage the operational MT team consisting of a Kitchen Manager, Hospitality Manager and the Operational Managers. You will be supported by your Management colleagues, but you are the one who has the last word and thus delivers the final blow.

In the position of Catering Director you are:

• Operationally responsible for all activities related to food;
• Ultimately responsible for the set goals in terms of turnover, costs and results;
• In collaboration with the MT, responsible for the park action plan and sets the central goals in the social, qualitative and financial areas;
• A coach, motivator and inspirer for the team;
• Responsible for the correct implementation of catering and retail concepts;
• Responsible for monitoring HACCP, food safety, and logistics.
